The room is very clean. The workers also very friendly to us.

I would like to suggest to put more chairs at the balcony so that we can sit there to chat with our friends while we enjoy the night view^^

In the center of the tourist area, everything especially food outlets like Nasi Kandar, Kapitan restaurant, bus lane, are all within walking distance. A safe place to stay. Room is clean, toilet even though sharing is clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lobby area and air well is beautifully decorated.

Its location is in the middle of George Town (which allowed me to get around easily) yet it was not noisy at all at night during my stay. I guess it was due to its being not on a main street. The hotel didn't offer meals but it was just a 1-minute walk to a delicious 24/7 Indian restaurant. The room was clean and the staff was helpful.

Some of the bathrooms were not so clean as there were tissues and used tampons.

No. Can't find anything that I like about this hotel after the bad experince on staying here. The main concern is about their staff (Siti) attitude which is not respect the customer at all!!!!

1. Not honoring confirmed reservation although already double confirmed (twice) the reservation and informed will late check in at 8pm before depart. 2. Provide mislead information and not honest on doing business. Received phone call from Hotel staff and suggest changing the 2 standard rooms (with 1 queen bed in each room) into 1 room with 2 queen beds with the price RM95. We accept this offer and tolerate on this suggestion as it cheaper compare with the 2 standard rooms which is cost RM170. However when check-in, another hotel staff informed that need to paid RM170 (as per Booked.net reservation) for 1 room with 4 person bed with is totally different with the offered as agreed on phone call. We not agreed but the on-duty Hotel staff has contacted their supervisor which advised us that we should paid as per reservation via Booked.net for 1 room! Hotel supervisor not handled this issue and instructed on-duty hotel staff to contact another staff that on-duty on morning (which dealing with me) which is name Siti. Siti is very rude, not courtesy to clients and twist her promise / word that she agreed. Siti increase her volume, tone, shout to customer and insist me to paid RM170 for 1 room. Hotel staff (Siti) should learn the skill of “listen to customer instead of talk / behavior like gangster. Siti is not respect to customer, not willing listen to customer and just keep talking with high tone! Siti twisted that the agreement is I agreed to change to 1 room and willing to paid RM170 - Where customer have is so stupid and willing tolerate on this kind of agreement (change from 2 room to 1 room but still paid the same amount)? From here can showed the hotel staff is not honest, rude and not courtesy and not put customer in 1st place. Beside this, the bed they provided is 1 queen bed, and 2 single bed which is totally different with the agreed. 3.

Clean & great location just right in the center of town, and reasonable price as well. There are mini mart and restaurants near by it. It is a good budget hotel for people who want to visit this city.
